Check-In mit dem Boardingautomaten / Check-In with the boarding machine
You can check in comfortably with our boarding machine during or after our reception times (3-5pm).
The process only takes a few steps. All you need is a valid card for payment (Eurocash (EC), Girocard, Mastercard, Visa, V Pay, Maestro, UnionPay, DISCOVER, JCB, Diners Club, American Express).
The rooms are ready at 3pm.
Check-In with an existing booking
- Select your language
- Choose "Arrival with reservation"
- Choose "Surname"
- Enter the name of the original booking (the booker may not be identical with the guest name).
- Enter the amount of persons that would like to have breakfast, if you have not already booked breakfast with us.
- See if the provided address is correct and edit if necessary. The address will be used on the invoice and can not be changed later. Use your company address if it is a business stay.
- Sign on the pen pad.
- If your stay is already paid for, the payment will be skipped. Otherwise please follow the instructions on the card terminal for payment.
- Choose the number of key cards and take them out of the machine.
- Do not forget to keep the receipt that the machine prints.
We provide a long copy of your invoice on request at the reception or via info@stadthotel-donauwoerth.de.
For a booking with multiple rooms please repeat the process for each room.
Your WiFi/Wlan login is the last name from the booking as the login and the room number as the password.
With our boarding machine you can check in conveniently during and after our reception opening hours (15-17h).

The rooms are ready for occupancy from 3 pm.
Check-In with existing booking
- Select your language
- Select "Arrival with reservation"
- Select "Surname"
- Enter the surname of the person in the official booking (possibly not the guest name).
- You will be asked for breakfast. If you have already booked and deposited a breakfast, please do not book another one at the vending machine.
- Check the data and add to or correct it - the address given is the billing address and can no longer be changed. Therefore, use the company billing address if you are travelling on business.
- Sign the registration form on the pen pad.
- If you have already paid for your stay in advance, the payment process will be skipped. Otherwise, please follow the instructions on the card terminal for payment.
- Select the number of room cards and take them from the vending machine
- Do not forget the receipt that the machine last dispenses.
A "long" copy of the invoice is available on request at reception or by e-mail to info@stadthotel-donauwoerth.de .
If you have booked more than one room, repeat the process according to the number of rooms.
Yours Wifi login is the surname entered in the booking as the login and the password is your room number.
